By downloading or using Pochi, you agree to these terms.
Pochi is a budgeting companion. It does not hold money, connect to a bank, move cash, or provide financial, tax, or investment advice. You keep real cash in your own envelopes. The app is a record you keep for yourself.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use Pochi on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store terms. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misrepresent Pochi as a bank or payment service.
Optional unlocks (including lifetime and annual) are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Billing, refunds, and cancellation are handled by Apple under their terms. A sandbox demo may be available before purchase. It is pretend data and is not your binder.
You are responsible for backing up your binder. Export is available in Settings. See the Privacy Policy for how data is stored and optionally synced with your iCloud.
Pochi is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost data, missed bills, or financial decisions you make while using the app.
